Privacy Policy

At Structa, we prioritize the security of your data. The collected information is strictly used for the operation and improvement of our service:

• Account Data: We collect your email address solely to link it to your platform account and manage your access and usage limits.
• Project Data: The blueprints, specifications, and dimensions entered are processed temporarily for the generation of quotes and 3D mockups (Renders).
• Payment Processing: We do not store or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a global leader in encrypted payment infrastructure.

Terms of Service

Structa is a technological suite designed to facilitate efficiency in the sales closing processes, field quotations, and visual design for construction. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Limitation of Liability: Structa operates strictly as a digital support and estimation tool.
• Human Precision Required: The end user (professional or contractor) is 100% responsible for mathematically reviewing and validating the accuracy of the financial amounts, material breakdowns, and any calculation or measurement reflected in the documents or PDFs generated by our Artificial Intelligence.
• Architectural Validity: The generated renders and/or 'Inspiration Sketches' are interpretative visual reconstructions aimed at delighting the client, and do not replace structural calculation signatures or legal architectural plans ready for construction.

Zero Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of Structa's services, and the processing costs associated with generating 3D renders and documents, all sales are final. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Service cancellation will stop future charges, but will not generate refunds for the period already paid.

Política de Privacidad

En Structa priorizamos la seguridad de sus datos. La información recopilada se utiliza exclusivamente para el funcionamiento y mejora de nuestro servicio:

• Datos de Cuenta: Recolectamos su dirección de correo electrónico únicamente con el fin de vincularla a su cuenta en la plataforma y gestionar su acceso y límites de uso.
• Datos de Proyecto: Los planos, especificaciones y dimensiones ingresadas son procesadas temporalmente para la generación de cotizaciones y maquetas 3D (Renders).
• Procesamiento de Pagos: No almacenamos ni tenemos acceso a información de sus tarjetas de crédito. Todas las transacciones son procesadas a través de Stripe, líder mundial en infraestructura de pagos seguros y encriptados.

Términos de Servicio

Structa es una suite tecnológica diseñada para facilitar la eficiencia en los procesos de cierre de ventas, cotizaciones en campo y diseño visual para la construcción. Al usar esta herramienta, usted reconoce y acepta que:

• Limitación de Responsabilidad: Structa funciona estrictamente como una herramienta de apoyo digital y estimación.
• Precisión Humana Requerida: El usuario final (profesional o contratista) es 100% responsable de revisar y validar matemáticamente la precisión de los montos económicos, desglose de materiales y cualquier cálculo o medida reflejada en los documentos o PDF generados por la Inteligencia Artificial.
• Validez Arquitectónica: Los renders y/o 'Inspiration Sketches' generados son reconstrucciones interpretativas visuales con el objetivo de encantar al cliente, no sustituyen firmas de cálculo estructural ni planos arquitectónicos legales listos para obra.

Política de Cero Reembolsos

Debido a la naturaleza digital e inmediata de los servicios de Structa, y a los costos de procesamiento asociados a la generación de documentos y renders 3D, todas las ventas son finales. Al adquirir una suscripción (Pro o Business), el usuario reconoce y acepta que no se emitirán reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia. La cancelación del servicio detendrá los cobros futuros, pero no generará devoluciones por el periodo ya pagado.
